By accessing or using The BAT website (the “Site”), purchasing products, or participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

The BAT is a strength training tool and fitness system, which may include physical products (such as the BAT bar, resistance bands, and weight plates) and digital content (such as instructional videos, courses, community access, and training programs).

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any part of the Services at any time.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Consult Your Physician: Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

Assumption of Risk: By using The BAT or participating in training, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, and you assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and results.

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues resulting from the use of our products or Services.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

If you purchase a subscription (such as ongoing digital access or community membership), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping times and costs vary by location. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We accept returns of physical products within 60 days of delivery. Products must be in original in good condition.

Digital products, memberships, and subscriptions purchased separately from The BAT Complete Training System are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
