Grips, Stances & Positions teaches you how to truly connect with The BAT. The 5 Dynamics of BAT module breaks down the core forces that make Barbell Anchor Training unlike anything else.  You’ll learn how leverage, forward pressure, rotational control, force–velocity, and extended range of motion work together to create true 360° functional strength.  Each dynamic teaches your body to stabilize, generate, and redirect power the way it was designed to move.  By mastering all five, you unlock total control, fluidity, and strength across every plane of motion.

The 6 Factors Of Strength

The 6 Factors of Strength module breaks down what it truly means to be strong—beyond just lifting heavy.  You’ll explore the six dimensions that define real-world performance: Absolute, Endurance, Explosive, Power, Unilateral, and Bodyweight strength. Each factor trains a different capability, helping you move, react, and perform with precision and control.  Mastering all six creates balanced, functional strength that carries over to every aspect of life.

Build Strong Nutrition

Build Strong Nutrition teaches you how to fuel your training, recovery, and longevity with purpose. THE MOVEMENT INSTRUCTIONALS

Most people don’t struggle because of a lack of effort — they struggle because no one ever taught them how to move correctly. The BAT Movements Instructionals fix that. Instead of leaving you confused or guessing, we walk you through every major movement category step-by-step so you always know exactly what to do and why it works. No risky technique. No wasted reps. Build confidence, protect your joints, and make every minute of training count as you master a system designed for real-world strength and mobility. 

CHEST

In this session, we’ll break down why training your chest with The BAT is a completely different experience than pressing with a traditional barbell.  A barbell locks you into a fixed plane—straight up and down—but The BAT opens up 360 degrees of motion. That means more natural leverage, more rotation, and more ways to build strength that translates to real-world movement.

 

We’ll cover the core family of chest pushes:

  • Static Push for foundational strength.
  • Rotational Push for power through your midline.
  • Coiled Push for loading the fascia and explosive release.
  • Cross Push for diagonal force production.

From there, we’ll expand into flys:

  • Static fly to stretch and contract the entire pec.
  • Upward fly to target your inner chest. 

By the end of the video, you’ll understand how to move from static to rotational, from standing to kneeling, from loaded plates to bands—and how each variation recruits your chest in a unique, powerful way. This isn’t just chest day; this is chest mastery through leverage and movement.

BACK

In this session, we’ll look at how The BAT transforms two of the most important patterns in strength training—rows and deadlifts.  With its anchored pivot, The BAT gives you freedom to move in multiple planes so you can row, pull, and hinge with rotation, leverage, and asymmetry—just like the body was designed to move.

 

In this lesson we’ll cover:

  • The progression from two-hand rows to single-arm variations.
  • Static, staggered and power rows
  • Classic deadlifts and suitcase deadlifts.
  • The difference between ipsi-lateral and contra-lateral loading.
  • How to load rows and deadlift with resistance bands.

By the end of this session, you’ll understand the full landscape of BAT back training, and how to hinge, pull, and stabilize through multiple angles. You’ll see how each variation challenges the back, lats, traps, and spinal stabilizers in ways that traditional equipment can’t replicate.

LEGS

In this lesson, we’re unlocking the full power of your lower body using leverage, rotation, and movement freedom you just can’t get from a barbell locked on your back. With The BAT, your legs learn to produce force — not just up and down — but forward, sideways, and diagonally, just like life and sports demand.

 

We’ll build from foundational squatting and lunging mechanics into more athletic and dynamic patterns so you can strengthen your legs while improving balance, control, and mobility.

 

We cover all of the squat variations:

  • Standard squat for foundational strength
  • Overhead squat for mobility and full-chain control
  • Curtsy squat for lateral hip power and knee stability
  • Skater squat for unilateral strength and balance

And then we’ll move onto lunges:

  • Rear lunges for strong & safe knee angles
  • Forward lunges for real-world force absorption
  • Skater lunges for athletic lateral drive

By the end of this video, you’ll have a complete lower-body training system — one that builds strong quads, powerful glutes, stable knees, and athletic hips, all while improving coordination and confidence in motion.

SHOULDERS

Your shoulders are the engine of upper-body strength and the command center for stability. When they move well — everything moves well. 

 

This instructional covers a complete shoulder-training system — pressing, raising, and shrugging — using both weight plates and resistance bands. In this lesson, we’re going beyond the straight up and down basics with rotational leverage and dynamic control that only The BAT can deliver.

 

This session is all about carving out strength and durability from every angle while protecting your joints and improving performance.

 

You’ll learn all of the pressing variations for functional power:

  • Static press for foundational overhead strength
  • Rotational press for core-driven power transfer
  • Coiled press for stored elastic energy and explosive extension

 

From there, we explore lateral variations for 360° delt development:

  • Front raises for anterior control
  • Side raises for mid delt shape and strength
  • Rear raises for posture and pulling balance
  • Cross-body laterals for diagonal force patterns that mimic real movement

And finally, there are shrug variations for upper-back stability:

  • Two-hand shrug for symmetrical trap loading
  • Single-arm shrug for anti-tilt core activation and unilateral strength

By the end of this video, you’ll understand how to press, raise, and shrug in ways that build bulletproof shoulders — strong, mobile, and ready to support every lift you make.
